Personal Narrative: How A Mom Changed My Life

I have been a mom since I was 17 years old so I only was able to enjoy my pre baby body for a few short years, before I had my son I was always thin and never had to worry about exercising or what I was eating. I had no idea what healthy eating or exercise even was! After I had my son I had 3 more children and everything went downhill from there. I had gained over 50lbs and I was waiting for it to come off and it never did. I even went to the extreme to go on a resale site and sell all of my size 2 jeans because I told myself I was going to be this weight forever. I did not know where to go and who to turn to. I felt lost. I tried to eat healthy for a few weeks and would always give up I had no idea what to buy or what to make and there was
I just figured it was another one of those fads that wanted my money and little did I know I was wrong! I kept getting the emails daily and I was tempted to unsubscribe but I never did. I would always read them, but I would never commit. I was just so tired of giving up on things I needed change so I went back to my emails and signed up. I was nervous but excited at the same time I remember thinking “oh my goodness did I just do that, did I make a mistake or should I cancel it after the 7 days, but for some reason God told me not too. I now have been a proud Lady Boss for almost 3 months and I have lost 18lbs total and 18in all over. I went from a size 11 to a size 9 and now those size 9s are starting to get big. My life has changed completely and I am now proving to my husband and children that you can do anything you set your mind to! My goal was not only to lose the weight, but to prove to myself that I wasn’t going to give up on something. This has not only changed me for the better, but it has changed me for the future. I am proud to be a Lady Boss and look forward to anything that comes my
