Evidence that supports my family’s message about Mormons include our time living in Utah. Utah is a different state than other states due to its high LDS population. So my family interacts a lot with Mormons. We have felt that they are friendly towards us and our opinions about them is that Mormons cherish their family. They are willing to help us out and always seem happy. Most of them do not use foul language nor drink alcohol. My family has known many LDS families and every one of them have been polite, kind, and caring towards my family. I have read what people think about Mormons which were stereotypes. For example they think Mormons have multiple wives, do not socialize with non-Mormons, or having ridiculous beliefs on consuming coffee and alcohol. Some of my peers do agree that these are negative stereotypes about Mormons, and I think these opinions from social media are mostly wrong. Although I do feel that the LDS Church influences the laws in Utah, such as including LDS seminary in public schools. And that it is a little harder for non-Mormons to connect and spend time with other LDS families. I do know Mormons who do use foul language, smoke, and etc. But my family and I think that the majority of Mormons are nice
