What the author would call the utopia job would be to have an animal rescue. This would be what would make him the happiest. With his strengths being that he is looking out those that work for him. He loves to inspire not only subordinates, but also volunteers to give their all and while trying to teach them how to reach their goals.

A good concept would be innovation, the easiest for the author to understand is the old adage of thinking outside the box.
