for his will. My family is a huge influence on me, and they are my ultimate support system. Finally, my education is important to me because I know that it is mine. Once I learn something, the knowledge cannot be taken away from me. That is why I try to gain as much knowledge as I can. Respectively, I need my education to aspire future goals.
During my 7th grade year, my teacher informed me about the MSMS Summer Enrichment Camp. I attended the 2014 and 2016 summer camps, and I had two phenomenal experiences. After two summers of camp, I knew I wanted to become a graduate of the Mississippi School of Math and Science. I have worked extremely hard in my studies to ensure my placement in the MSMS Class of 2019.
I have always been more mature than most of my peers, therefore I believe I am capable of living with my peers away from home. I participated in the MSMS Enrichment Camp for two summers. Since 2014, I have participated in 4-H State Congress in Starkville, MS twice. I even participated in the 2016 National 4-H Congress, which was held in Atlanta, GA for five days, with my peers from across the United States.
To prepare myself for the rigorous courses at MSMS, I enrolled in two A.P. classes and an additional history and math class. I am confident that I will be able to handle the advanced curriculum.
