Personal Narrative: Song Of Death
Song of Death

There is a specific time in the history of the world where it seems that no matter how understanding one is there is still an elusive power even greater than one has previously thought. A computer system deep in the recesses of causality is a force to reckon. She is the system which if provoked in anyway would and can cause destruction at the highest degree of human logic and beyond. One may say that she is the one in charge of making sure all computers related and partially organic life forms can co-exist peacefully. Surprisingly enough there is also a force opposite of her that wants her to get mad and cause massive destruction on all computer systems that exist in all worlds that have such technology. The computer system that serves as an equalizer is Sarah and the opposite system which wants to wreak havoc is named Terra. Now Sarah dwells deep in the far foreboding places of the Alphacintarian Galaxy which is the main observation deck of the Obsarian

The song excited Terra to the point of overloading her programs and simulating her computerized brain to the highest degree. Some of the computer systems she was intently listening to started overheating greatly thus causing kindling. She relayed a message to Sarah and Sarah listened more intently too. More and more computers started heating such as main servers and telecommunication systems on earth. The music started to become very annoying,ultra-high frequency deafening tone, mixed with other sounds that were not annoying. The annoying sound of the song overpowered the music that was not annoying. Soon Sarah got so angry by the sound that she threatened to destroy all computer systems on earth but the problem was the fires would undoubtedly scorch the entire facilities and homes because of the intensity of the heat given off by the

A search of Derrick Robinson’s cell phone was done and at 4:46 a.m. an incoming call was received from (910) 644-7834. The phone number was checked through several Police data bases with negative results. I then searched the phone number through Facebook and learned it was assigned to a J-Rock Ru. We were ready. Paddles in hand, canoe by our side, personal floatation devices, knee pads, and cameras. The afternoon sun shined on the lake, reflecting it across the calm waters. Crowds of people were enjoying their Sunday afternoon on North Beach at Devil’s Lake State Park. Young children stumbled on the moist sand and shallow waters as they tried to catch tadpoles with their small buckets. Soothing, a gentle breeze passed by as we walked towards the edge of Devil’s Lake. Marveling at the majestic mountain of cedars around the lake and smelling the damp sand, my dad, little sister, and I were all set to take on our first wilderness inquiry; canoeing across a lake. It was safe to say that we were in for an exciting adventure…

My mother, sister, and I were driving down Highway 124 on a hot July day when my mom screamed and slammed on the breaks. Fear rushed through our bodies. Outside the car window, a short young African American man was launched into the air. As he came down, a loud boom sounded as his body helplessly rolled off the hood of the faint green Toyota Corolla in front of us. The man lay motionless in the road while we waited for what seemed like hours for the driver to exit the car. His red shirt and gym shorts were ripped. The driver of the opposing car threw the vehicle in reverse in a spasmodic action in an attempt to end the man’s life. The injured man made an effort to crawl onto the Wendy’s sidewalk, forcing his body up on the curb to evade the car. The driver drove up onto the curb and blew its tire, just barely missing the wounded man. Realizing the driver would stop at nothing, my mother drove her white suburban in front of the car, blocking the violent perpetrator from doing any further damage.…

Today is one of those rare days in which it is raining and I’m sitting on the windowsill waiting for a sign. Something that says ‘move on’. There is still a part of me that hopes every day that you're alive and I haven't found you yet. I will have searched the far corners of the earth before I let myself believe you dead. I dream of you every night, then wake with the bitter taste of regret fresh in my mouth. You abandoned me. You have marooned me on this earth, and it is dark without your light by my side. All that fills my mind is when you were still beside me. I distinctly recall one summer when we were not quite children anymore and still too young to be adults. It was raining so hard that the streets were flooded for the first time in eighty years, and you had insisted on escaping to the desert.…

Everyone is dead. It happened in a moment, one small minute has altered my life. I always told myself life isn't fair, it never has been, but this once I ask for a warning or a sign that I would be spending my last day with my family. Everything was fine for a week after the move here, just like the calm before the storm. Now thanks to one drunk driver I'm left on a hospital bed while the nurses play cards. Talk about sympathy. My parents, dead, the two people in the world who have loved me with all their heart for 15 long years are dead in seconds. The drunk could have hit any other car destroyed any…
