Personal Narrative: The Wells Trial
Rachel called me back regarding Wells trial which is scheduled on March 28, the matter is sitting at 3rd setting and in her opinion the first setting would go ahead on trial since its contested and she hasn’t heard anything in terms of settling the matter or resetting. The second case she is not sure, she has given me the attorneys name for those two cases. I called the attorneys’ offices and this is what I found out:

The first case is Witt and the attorneys are Virginia Schwamm, her legal assistant said she will call me back with more information. The opposing counsel is John Harber, and his legal assistant told me that they will be resetting this matter.

The second case is Baylock and the attorneys are April McCroskey (cant get through,

    In this case, the prosecuting attorney are to communications orally and also in writing. The prosecutor main goal is to prove to both the judge and jury that the defendant is in guilty. The prosecutor opening the statement of Riff did knowingly commit the crime of breaking, and burglary on September 30, 2011 between 12:10am and 12:20 am orally to the judge and jury.
