Personal Responsibility
Personal responsibility is doing what is meant to be done and fulfill the commitments that are already made. It brings positive personal change into a person’s life and also transforms an individual into a more effective person who contributes to a more positive, energetic and dynamic organizational culture.
When one fails to be personally responsible, the necessary effort falls to others. What this means to me? If you set out to do something is in important that you finish it to see it to the end. Have the scene on setting out to make a plan. You can execute your plan that you set for yourself.
How this can be related to school, you already set the responsibility to go to school or back to school. While in school you need to make a plan. Setting your plan for school is the responsibility you need to do in order to find out your next step. When you finish a step, you go back and asset what the next move is going to be. If your plan, change it’s your responsibility to change you plans to meet your next goals. That also will include if you have to start all over in so cases.
The plan, I plan my practice in the responsibility I set for one self will include writing better notes. When I write notes down, it is messy. For example in this class I learned that I need to rewrite my notes. By rewriting my notes while it’s still fresh will be a better outcome on my note taking abilities.
(TIPS ON TAKING NOTES
1. Collect notes for each course in one place, in a separate notebook or section of a notebook.
2. Write notes on one side of the page only.
3. Use a loose-leaf notebook rather than a notebook with a permanent binding. See the pattern of a lecture by spreading out the pages.
4. Write name and date of the class on the first sheet for each lecture.
5. Use 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper for your notes. This size will allow you
