Career: Hollywood Actor, Producer and Social Activist Brad Pitt is a very popular Hollywood actor and the heartthrob of millions of female fans all over the world. Apart from that, he is also a producer and a social activist. His excellent acting skills have won him a Golden Globe Award, apart from another Golden Globe nomination and also an Academy Award nomination. He is as much in news for his films as for his personal relationships. His marriage with Jennifer Aniston, divorce and then, relationship with Angelina Jolie has received much media attention. He has four children with Jolie, one biological and three adopted. Childhood
Brad Pitt was born as ‘William Bradley Pitt’ on 18th December 1963, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He is the son of Jane Etta (née Hillhouse), a high school counselor, and William Alvin Pitt, a truck company owner. Pitt is one of the three children of his parents and has two sibling - sister ‘Julie Neal’ and brother ‘Doug’. His family moved to Springfield (Missouri) immediately after his birth and this is where his childhood was spent. He was raised a ‘Baptist’ and attended Kickapoo High School in the initial years. Pitt attended ‘Missouri School of Journalism’ at the University of Missouri - Columbia and is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Career
Brad Pitt started his movie career in 1988, with ‘The Dark Side of the Sun’. The film was shot in Yugoslavia and because of the starting of war, lost much of the footage and was released years later. The next year, he did his first major movie, ‘Cutting Class’, which was duly released. In 1990, he featured in the
