to breach, or bypass internet security, and a white hat hacker is a computer security specialist who is required by the law to breaks into protected systems and networks to test and assess their security, examples of white hat hackers are Steve Wozniak and Kevin Mitnick.
Now with that out of the way, let me explain why I think that kids should be taught coding in their schools.
Being a coder myself, I think that coding is very entertaining, you don't feel stressed, you feel creative, and much more beneficial feelings. Laurence Bradford at www.skillcrush.com says " I Have Freedom to Make My Own Schedule." And she says after that "In the past, even when I was teaching in Thailand, I had to be at X place at X time – Monday thru Friday. Nowadays, I love having the option to take a day off mid-week, but then make up for it on a Saturday." Not enough for you? Kyle Pearce at www.diygenius.com says "I like to think of coding as applied math and sciences because it teaches us an iterative approach to solving problems and testing out our ideas." And to back Kyle up, he is right, I agree and www.techwalla.com states that coding has math which includes, Basic Programming Math which has to do with the hexadecimal number system, addition, subtraction, multiplying, division, and algebra. There is also Advanced Programming Math which has to do with computer science in algebra, statistics, calculus I and calculus II. This could help your child improve in math and computer science dramatically if we were to teach coding in
school.
