Every student should be permitted to park their cars at the school parking lot, because many parents cannot pick up their kids at the time they leave school.
Most high school students have assignments that need to be done in the school library or have after school activities like sports or club meetings. Some of the parents of these kids cannot pick them up and they must leave with a friend at the end of classes. That creates a problem to these students since they have to leave before these activities end. If the students want to participate of club meetings, they can stay and go after they finished the activities of the day. Every student should be allowed to park their car at the school parking lot, because sometimes students feel sick, they do not want to interrupt their parents' working hours and sometimes they stay at school even though they want to go home. If the students want to go home to rest, they can do so, without bothering their
parents. Every student should be allowed to park his or her car at the school parking lot, because when kids leave school at 2:30 p.m., they have homework to be done and at home they can study more efficiently. As you see, this rule in the regulation manual benefits the school administration, but at the same time creates many problems to the students and their parents. As stated in the regulation manual, parents are responsible for making the arrangements needed to pick the kids up when they leave school. The school administration should try to find a solution whereas the students can be permitted to park their cars in the school parking lot. As I said before, every student that has a driver's license should be allowed to bring his or her car to the school parking lot. The school administration should agree to help the students with transportation difficulties, like the ones mentioned before and consent to allow them to park at any available parking spaces at the preschool area. In doing so, they will eliminate a big problem for many families at the school.
