It is also a great time to persuade them to use their imagination and become anything in the word that they want, as long as they make the grades to go to school for it. If they hear about their elders going to work sick and when they don’t sleep good at night they’ll be motivated to do the same, they don’t want to look like a wimp in your eyes.
