Nursing is an interesting field of profession. Not all people are suitable for this type of career. One must able to withstand the stressful situation that can arise within a split seconds. There are many type of nurses e.g. floor nurse, license social worker nurse, case manager, etc. one most possess certain level of education in order to deal with task effectiviely. With all that being said, education makes all the difference.
Spring 2012 I received my Associate degree in nursing. Although I enjoyed what I’m doing as of today, I do plan on further my education and get a bachelorette degree. There are many advantages of getting bachelorette in nursing compared to Associates.
Nurses with bachelor degrees are more knowledge and critical thinking. Most bachelor program requires large amount of writings and research. Compared to associates, which in my opinoion, was more hands-on. Although there’s lot of similarity between associates and bachlorett, there are some differences.
