Physical Fitness Worksheet

Being physically fit is an important aspect of obtaining optimal health. Becoming knowledgeable about what it means to be physically fit may greatly increase your ability to improve your health and wellness.

In this worksheet, you identify the five components of health related fitness. Completing this assignment is a step towards gaining the knowledge needed to better manage your physical fitness.

Muscular Strength
Being able to lift weights at an increment level and to increase lifting heavier weights to build muscle strength and size definition.
Get barbells with adjustable weights and gradually increase the amount of weights to your maximum amount that you are able to lift.
To gain strength and stamina for muscle gain, muscle physic and muscle mass

Muscular Endurance
Be able to play sports, and most exercises that require a total body stress routine.
Be able to run, lift weights and properly endure a stress exercise routine.
Be able to perform various activities, play any sort of sports, and to endure the overall way, bodies function and the motion of muscle groups.

Flexibility
Ability to move joints freely through their full range of motion or the amount of movement you are able to do.
Doing regular stretches before a run or after a workout. Tai-Chi once a week for mental focus and flexibility.
To improve flexibility and to maintain the muscles from fatigue, joints from hurting and your back from straining.
