When Carlo was twelve I began to notice sighs that he was in fact reaching puberty. One of the first signs was his Increase in eating and his fast paced growing. Also while Carlo was positive and happy most days he did start to experience mood swings, and would sometimes become quite annoyed and frustrated with me at time.
Carlo also expressed to my partner that he wanted to shave, and I did notice that he was indeed starting to grow a bit of facial hair.
Carlo was also showing more interest in sexual related content and I even found he was looking at pornographic material on his computer. He was also becoming much more interested in girls, and would often have conversations with his friends about them. It was quite obvious that Carlo was maturing and reaching puberty.
What activities and experiences at ages 12 and 14 has your teen been involved in that might promote healthy behavioral practices, physical fitness and skill in sports?
