In this article, the researchers were trying to find out if there is a relationship between psychotropic drug and increases of falls in nursing homes.
In the article the authors mention that the study has several potential limitations. First, we had small numbers of falls on individual days with respect to the drug change. The authors is clearly explained in the method used to fulfil the project, including other variables. In this article the study proven that psychotropic medications is associated with a 30-70% increased risk of falls.

In this article the authors explained very clear on how to balance training exercises can reduce the fear of falling and at the same time improve dynamic balance and isometric strength in institutionalized older people. .Research divided the group into two and two training sessions per week. After twelve weeks completed both groups were compared to each other, the group in balancing exercise had a lot of improvement compared to other group.
