The physical therapy is a growing and competitive profession. One can start their journey by researching physical therapy graduate programs. Each physical therapy school will have nearly the same requirements for students who are striving to be accepted into the program. Typically, to Physical therapy graduate programs usually requires baccalaureate degrees and many programs require individuals to take courses such as human anatomy, physics, abnormal psychology, and exercise physiology. However, graduate programs course requirement may vary. Grade point average requirement may also vary, typically physical therapy gpa minimum requirements may range 3.0 or 3.5. Meaning an individual must have a minimum cumulative gpa in corequisite during undergraduate studies. Lastly, the most common requirement found on physical therapy program applications is observation hours and internship. My plan is to master the profession of physical therapy to serve those with honor and dignity. However, right now, I am at the novice stage learning and gaining knowledge as I continue the journey towards physical therapy. I know little about the physical therapy compared to a physical therapist who has many years of experience. But as of the moment, I do have skills in weight and fitness training and the passion to to care for others physical pain. My goal is not to wake up one morning years from now and have the feelings of regret because I failed to strive to reach my desired career. My goal is to finish my college career at Martin Methodist with a Bachelor of Science in physical education degree, then achieve a masters degree in exercise science, and lastly be accepted into a physical therapy school where I will become a Doctorate of Physical of Therapist. During the process I will seek much of volunteer work experience I can achieve until I have reach my destined
