Phytoremediation of Vitex Negundo Plants
C. Procedures
I. Research Design Since the research is experimental in nature, the researcher will use Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD). There will be four treatments used in the experiment. Treatment A will be the control variable represented by Sunflower (plant proven able to perform phytoremediation). The other treatments B, C, D will be obtained from Lagundi (Vitex negundo) plants. The treatments will come from different areas be exposed in different toxic substances such as lead and aluminium.
II. Sample preparation Having Lagundi (Vitex negundo) plants will be the initial step in conducting the experiment. The plants will be spoted at Cataggaman Nuevo Tuguegarao City (residence of the researcher). Spotted Lagundi (Vitex negundo) plants will be marked and treatments of toxics will be done.

III. Testing Proper The plants will be exposed to same level of toxics for a period of time. The plants will be then observed. After exposure, certain part of the plants will be gathered and analysis will follow.
IV. Disposal of Wastes Since the researchers will use toxics, the researchers will assure that the amount of this toxics will not be harmful to the environment. The said toxics will be thrown in a secures urns with sands to make sure that it will not create any problems in the environment.
