When becoming a police officer, everyone has to have a bachelors degree and an agency training academy. The bachelor degree will be obtained by going to collage for four+ years majoring in the criminal justice department. After the major learning part, comes a few small tests to see if the police force wants that specific talent. In fact that some people do not know is that previous work or military experience is often seen as a plus. For the purpose of the experience they receive.
