The officers talked to both suspects and got the full story of what happened. No one was arrested and no one pressed charges. As soon as we left we got back into the car and drove around for a couple more minutes until we saw a car that was swerving in and out of the lanes. We pulled him over and we got out of the car and I stood by the police car while he went to the driver side of the car. The officer noticed that there was an open container of alcohol in the car and asked the driver if he had been drinking. The driver said he had one beer. The officer asked for the driver’s license and registration and walked back to his car. Officer Adornetto and I got back in his car and he told me if the person says they’ve had one beer then they’ve actually had multiple. So he conducted a test to find out. The driver got out of the car and onto the sidewalk. He had to track the officer’s finger with his eyes to see whether his pupils shook or not. This showed the driver was sober and just had the driver poor out the open alcohol container. Then the officer wrote him up for a warning for swerving and speeding. As soon as we left a different officer asked for assistance
