The definition of health illustrated in the text book as a “dynamic state of well-being characterized by a physical and mental potential, which satisfies the demands of life commensurate with age, culture, and personal responsibility (Longest, B., 2009).”The factors that control health type are said to be determinants of health; some categories that underline the factors are: Policymaking, Social factors, health services, individual behavior, and Biology and Genetics (Wilkinson & Marmot., 2003).
