The enthusiasm these feel toward the awaited posthuman age is clearly evident in science fiction movies that are currently produced. An example of these movies is “Lucy”, which proposes the production of an artificial hormone that can naturally be found in small quantities in the body of pregnant women, to enable our full control over our brain and body: control over when we should feel pain or ecstasy, as well as the regulation of our body’s temperature, blood flow, cell division, and each other aspect of our materialistic body.
