I do not think that she was successful in getting her point across to everyone, mainly because her speech was all over the place. Even though her powerpoint had slides, and a few graphs here and there she did not really dive into her topic. Some of her examples included her friend, who she said is currently in this situation, she also interviewed 20 people at Collin College. In her interview she asked if they had both or just one parent. 75% had both while the remaining percentage had 1, she also asked how many of them knew someone who was homeless, and 50% of them claimed they did.
