Pretty Little Liars Research Paper
Pretty Little Liars is a TV show based on the most selling novels by Sarah Shepard, “Pretty Little Liars”. The TV series, which ran for 7 years total, first aired on ABC Family, which is now called Freeform. It took 160 episodes, one day a week, 45 minutes of my life. To some it caused frustration while others excitement, both leaving us with the desire to see more, a week of waiting was tedious. Pretty Little Liars brought drama, mystery and romance to its viewers.
The show was about four friends, Hannah (Ashley Benson), Emily (Shay Mitchell), Aria (Lucy Hale) and Spencer (Troian Belissario). Their main focus is to find who’s behind threatening messages they receive signed with the letter “A” after the disappearance of Alison (Sasha Pieterse), the manipulative queen bee of the group. The messages say everything only one friend knows, Alison. She is believed to be dead after found buried alive, after having been missing for over a year since the night of labor day.

The finale for many was frustrating because we felt like the director stopped being interested towards the finale and just put up anything together. I felt like the finale wasn't worth watching the series for years. It turned out one of the main character, Spencer, always had a twin and that was “A”. It was frustrating as not every piece was put together, it didn't make sense why someone's twin would want to hurt her sister’s friends. The twin had no knowledge on the girls, as all she had was a Alison’s journal. The journal which contained everyone's secret. The twin came out of nowhere and it frustrated many of its viewers, like me. Pretty Little Liars is a show that drags you in and won't let you go until you find out what's next. The characters are great actors and the director does a good job on hiding clues, as it is hard to tell who was A and the motives that person has in wanting to hurt each

Since the beginning of time, people have been creating art not just for aesthetic purposes, but as a way to express opinion, communicate with others, and explain the unknown or misunderstood. Often times, artists have contrasting views on the same topic and show this through their illustrations. Portrait of a Psychopath by Krista Gibbard and Confessions of a Sociopath by Jonathan Rosen are both illustrations showing vastly different interpretations of what a sociopath is. And while both images employ the artistic use of color, space, and style to characterize the sociopath, each can be interpreted to have its own unique opinion and attitude.…

How many people must be crushed on the way to the top? That is the million dollar question in the eyes of Francis Underwood on Netflix’s original show “House of Cards.” Throughout history and across the globe, stepping on others to reach a cornerstone of power has been viewed as a necessary tragedy by its countless perpetrators. Frank Underwood is a member of this flock of the power hungry. Underwood is prepared to stop at nothing to attain his dream of becoming the president of the United States of America. Although the idea of ultimate success differs slightly for Frank Underwood, many people interpret the American dream precisely as the founding fathers of the nation once did; “to…

The movie that I decided to watch was mean girls. This movie is about a teenage girl who lived in Africa because her parents were doing research and then they had all moved to America. The girl’s name in the movie was Cady and she had never been home schooled before she moved to the United States of America. Her first couple of days was rocky but she eventually made friends with two art students by the name of Janis Ian and Damien, her new friends told her to be careful around the popular girls in school known as the plastics. One day while Cady was looking for her friends, a girl by the name of Regina George the main leader of the plastics wanted her to join their group because she thought she was really pretty. Cady becomes a part of the group, but Janis convinces her to get revenge on Regina George because of Janis’s personal experience with Regina. Cady declines on getting revenge until Regina George gets back with her ex-boyfriend Aaron Samuels who Cady liked and Regina claimed she would put in a good word for Cady. Cady then decided that she would get revenge on Regina, so the movie is basically showing how Cady evolved from a sweet girl into a typical teenage girl. The three theories that I decided to pick for this movie were Social Learning theory and Behaviorism. I chose social learning theory because the theory stated that an individual’s behavior will be influenced by the environment around them, and since Cady was around the plastics that always spread mean and vicious rumors she became one of them. I chose behaviorism because Skinner stated behavior is a response to the environment which would explain why Cady decided to get even with Regina because that is what Regina George would do. Another theory that I thought that was displayed in the movie would be Dollard and Miller’s learning process which consisted of five steps, those four steps would be drive, cue, response, reinforcement effect. Drive is defined as a promotion of a specific action.…

So, he decided to change his identity to Ralph D. Spencer. He wanted to get closer to Annabel. So, a while later, they were engaged. He was on his way to pick up his wedding suit, and he stopped by the bank to see what Annabel was up to, and also to give up his tools. They texted “A” back with an address and time. We had only 2 hours left to get this done and over. We told “A” to meet Hanna at the Rosewood playground in 5 minutes. We got there early so that we could place ourselves. Hanna was to wait until she can get close enough and pepper spray “A” and get him in a weak spot. Once she did, we are going to surround him/her and tie him/her to the tree. Hanna pepper sprayed “A” and “A” fell to his/her knees in pain. After “A” fell, we came out from the shadows and ambushed him/her. I couldn’t believe that I was actually helping them with their problems. I’m not going to lie, it was kind of exciting to actually work with the pretty little liars. After everything was done and settled, “A” decided to never mess with again. Once we arrived back to Spencer’s house I started to disappear from the show. As I started to disappear I could hear them all saying goodbye and thank you. Sooner or later I was back at my house, sitting on my couch. A new show was already on the tv and Pretty Little Liars isn’t on anymore. I will never forget the day I actually got to be apart of my favorite show, Pretty Little…
