Princess Cruises understands and apologizes for the disappointment caused by missing some scheduled ports due to the typhoons. What we find most important is that we keep our passengers safe and do our best to keep everyone safe and out of harms way. Oftentimes passengers overlook the fine print when booking their cruises and miss where it states re-routing ships to ensure safety in case of bad weather. This is solely a safety precaution and we stand by this rule to the fullest extent.
Our mission is to satisfy our guests to the fullest potential and would like for you have an enjoyable experience with Princess Cruises. On top of the already authorized $250 ship credit granted on the ship, we are offering a 50% discount to compensate for the discouragement experienced on the Diamond Princess.
