night, and finally, Waco needs to ban Handel after 12:00 AM in car radios. If all these tasks were done, there wouldn’t be any problems on I-35. But because of these tasks, Waco needs to establish these policies. I-35 has a lot of slow moving traffic all the time. These problems have occurred on I-35 since I picked out 39A Scott Circle. I want to demonstrate the dangers of I-35 traffic today. I want the whole city of Waco to make I-35 safer. Right now, it is dangerous and we need to make it safer. First, Waco needs to prohibit texting and driving on I-35. We want I-35 to be as safe as possible with no traffic accidents. How can we do this? Well, Waco can pass a city ordinance that prohibits texting and driving on I-35. Right now, it is too dangerous and there is absolutely no way that Waco can have a safe I-35 right now. Second, Waco needs to pass a city ordinance that prohibits 18-wheelers on I-35 after 7:00 at night and 7:00 in the morning. 18-wheelers are very dangerous vehicles. For one thing, 18-wheelers are too big, and make wide right turns, and they can cause rear-end collisions and head-on collisions. Third, Waco needs to prohibit train usage at night.
We can get more sleep if whoever runs the train was not running the train at night. Waco needs to pass a city ordinance that says the train that intersects on I-35 cannot be used at all at night. If they didn’t use the train at night, that would make I-35 safer. Finally, Waco needs to prohibit loud music. Loud music falls under distracted driving and if there is too much noise on the road, the people on I-35 cannot concentrate. Loud music makes people unable to concentrate on the road. The city of Waco believes that if these problems continue, that I-35 would be safer, and cleaner, and would be more convenient. However, I disagree. I want I-35 to be safer, and cleaner, and more convenient. The four factors that we need to consider are that Waco needs to prohibit texting on I-35 at all times, prohibit 18-wheelers on I-35 after 7:00 PM and before 7:00 AM, Prohibit train usage at night, and ban Handel on car radios after 12:00 AM. If Waco did these things, then would I-35 be safe. Waco, do everything possible to avoid wrecks on I-35. We do not want to see any more wrecks on I-35.
Understand?
