Through this Capstone project‘s paper, I will answer the next question; what is the impact of the Human resource management (HR) practices in the success of the big companies’ management such as Proctor and Gamble (P&G)? .To answer this question, I will follow a qualitative analysis by taking the company Proctor and Gamble (P&G) as a study case. The above inventions are just a sample of tens inventions by P&G through 180 years since 1837. Those great inventions such as; Tide and Pampers are because of the HR policy of the company to hire talented employees through a unique hiring processes. By using this hiring system, the company can choose, from the candidates, the employees who have the ability of critical thinking and creativity.
