As the aging population, the current older adult prisoners all over the world in the ratio and quantity are increasing. According to the video Prisoners of Age, it is remind me social service workers have obligation should respect and take care with different classes and background people. Due to the human rights and social justice are the principles of social work. Being a professional social service worker, SSW should not have any biases and discrimination with the clients. It should within professional relationships with client’s needs and interests. Although people have made mistakes, SSW should provide the equal service for the older people and help them to participate actively in the society. It can encourage seniors to change the values
