In order to make a good project charter, project manager have to differ each element in project charter. There are several elements that similar but not same. Business case is used to justify, initiate, propose, defined, tie the improvement of the organization’s objectives. More specifically, the business case describes how the consumers or stakeholders are impacted by the problem and also provides supporting decision of the organization’s issues.
