Project Description (Summary): A table view of all major groups involved in the re-development project for Fiasco’s Restaurant and their networking correlations to which these groups are suppose to contribute their respective sources to one another.

B. STAKEHOLDER LIST

Name / Title | Project Role | Al Jones / Project Manager | In direct communication with the customer/owner of the establishment. Responsible for creating and managing the entire project scope. Creates and supervises the necessary actions in order to complete the tasks. | Samuel Hurst / Business Owner and Customer | The receiving end of the completed project. Provides insight on his business vision. | Michael Galindo / General Contractor | Responsible for all construction and manual labor operations. In charge of 3 construction teams (A, B, C). | Victor Hernandez / Financial Officer | In charge of purchasing orders and maintaining the project and its budget. The financial officer makes all monetary transactions. | Jose Garcia/ Demolition Contractor | Tasked to tear down the exterior and interior of the project site. In charge of an excavation team to complete the tasks. | John Zan / Flooring Contractor | Responsible for the installation of new flooring. In partner with the General Contractor and his construction teams. | Jesse Chen / Roofing Contractor | Responsible for the restoration of the project site’s roofing, installing new roofing materials.
