1. Project Scope Statement: This project will consist of creating a software program that will enable our furniture company to connect to several locations across three states. With a budget of $67,500 we will complete this software program within 120 calendar days. 2. Project Description: This software program will enable the furniture company to connect to five locations spread across three states: Virginia, North Carolina and Florida. This project will stay under budget and be completed in 120 calendar days. We will gather a team with different skill sets and be staffed with specialist from various functional departments of our company.

Role Title: Team Leader - Finance
Role Description: Responsible to the project manager for financial issues related to the project.
Responsibilities: Develop and monitor the business plan, budgets and project cash flow, locate any necessary investors and payment of all project expenses incurred by the project staff.

Role Title: Team Leader - Legal
Role Description: Responsible to the Projecdt Manager for legal counsel related to the project activities as well as contract management and any necessary regulatory authority.
Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing and management of all contracts with contractors/vendors, negotiation with any vendors.

Role Title: Risk Manager
Role Description: Responsible to the Project Managerfor coordinating the Risk Management Program.
Responsibilities: Advising on risk management issues and ensuring the risk management document is updated.
