Abstract
Communication is a very important aspect in general and especially important in a healthcare setting. As health care professionals, we must look, listen and understand our patient needs, and make sure they are met. This makes life so much more easier. In this article we are going to explore communication in health care assessments.

also very important that we as nurses or any other health care worker that we repeat back all information to the patient to make sure everything is clear between both parties. this will also confirm that the report written for the patient will be correct. Background:

The case manager after receiving all the information about the patient contacts the member, the family involved , and the Physician". (p.146) Health care workers must also be motivational, be open to new ways of giving advice or providing information to the patient. Always observe your patient as well, they may tell you they feel fine and in reality they have hypertension, or they may be as pale as a ghost and still say they feel fine.. Listen actively and use direct questions. Back to observing the patient, Do they seem ready and willing to make any changes? We also have to remember as well that healthcare service has to be great and effective to help with communication. As healthcare workers we must ask ourselves are we really meeting the patients needs and concerns that they
have? Conclusion:
COMMUNICATION TECHNIQUES 4 The case manager and the Physician must also have great communication skills with one another so everyone is on the same page with healthcare for individuals. Communication is a very strong tool that everyone needs in life. If we can 't communicate properly in a healthcare setting there will be a lot of mistakes , or things repeated, and much time loss. As healthcare professional we must be fast and effective but be sure to reach out to one another. Communication make processes so much easier. Most goals are achieved when there is a team effort and response. Don 't just communicate with one person, communicate with staff members as well . It 's better to be on the "we ' party then the "you" party.
