God works in our lives when we prey. Jesus taught his disciples and us to prey (Lord prayer) and the persistence in prayer. (Luke 11:8-11) Pray brings us closer to God but we must remember, God does not always answer our prayers.
-To understand that miracles, or works that are specially supernatural, are an important aspect of providence: Jesus heals the sick, crippled, blind, and he breaks a single fish and bread to feed thousands of people, just to name a few. When a miracle occurs, we should honor God because he is meeting our needs. Miracles can build our faith too.
