Being able to experience the way that the people live their lives would be a humbling experience. The most common and inevitable experience would be housing this would come as a major problem especially for tourists from the United States. Most houses in Puerto Rico are constructed with cement and tile floors. Windows are built so they allow air and sunshine in but keep rain out. Once a person has accomplished at least two or more vacations in their life they will become a well-rounded individual. That person should try to look for places to visit that are opposite of what they are used to living around. The ultimate goal of taking vacations is to become a well-rounded person, discover new cultures, and being able to feed their curiosity. Like any vacation a person takes they should be prepared to learn new cultures and must be ready to take in all aspects of the culture. Any vacation has highs and lows when a person arrives into Puerto Rico they will first find out the lows such as expenses and languages spoken. Not all of Puerto Rico speaks Spanish and not all of the people speak English so be prepared to need a translator. Even though Puerto Rico uses the dollar some items a person would like to purchase would be high.
