CM spoke to Ms. West (caregiver) regarding a follow-up on Quareese (youth). CM was informed that youth left the home and did not attend his scheduled meeting at the TASC program. Caregiver reports she does not know what to do with youth; youth continues to hang around negative peers. Caregiver explained to CM that Shanell Toomer (ERC Social Worker) will reach out to youth’s PO to discuss his refusal to attend the ERC program. CM and caregiver rescheduled 30-Day CFT meeting for Monday, 3/13/17 due to youth not being home. CM will follow-up with Kim Chimento (PO) in regards to youth’s behaviors.
