Men, Women in America are being incarcerated daily, occasionally it leads to wrongdoings, and people are being mistreated. This happens too frequently, and it needs to stop; the justice system needs to stop being racially biased. In America, Black men are being pulled over at a higher rate, incarcerated longer and at a higher risk of being filed for a crime.
In fact, black men are being treated unequally in the American Justice System. Many studies show that black men are three times greater likely to have their cars searched than white drivers according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics.
