Sub: Submission of the report on the analysis of the case of Ramesh Patel at Aragon Entertainments Ltd.
Dear Madam,
As per your instructions, please find below a report to analyze the situation faced by Ramesh Patel with regards to his presentation to NHB and his friend Jeremy Gibson.
I have recommended that Ramesh take no action, as the task assigned to Jeremy is not critical to the decision of whether a sequel to the game Days of Knights should be made. Even with just some basic facts, Ramesh will be able to make a great presentation based on Maria and his research.
Taking this course of action would meet Ramesh Patel’s objectives of catching the eye of the senior executives of the company and also maintaining his friendship with Jeremy.
The following pages will give a detailed analysis, an evaluation of the available alternatives, recommendation and action steps.
Sincerely,
Rohit Deepak Das
