A recording engineers’ job is to operate the sound board or any other electrical equipment during the recording of music.
A recording engineer helps to produce a recording or a performance, editing and adjusting sound tracks using equalization and audio effects, mixing, reproduction, and reinforcement of sound.
Mixing may involve changing tempos, adding more bass or treble, changing any volume levels, and adding beats.
The recording engineer will mix music and tracks to make them sound just right.
Mixing is an art that the recording engineer will need to practice and practice to get right.
Mixing can be done during a recording, or after the musician leaves.
