Recruitment policy of Administration Wing
Directors in Education administration are incapable to deal with the education matters. Even they do not visit the schools throughout the year but only wasting the precious timing paying homage to the houses of politicians by which they have been awarded these key positions. Minister for Education is completely lacking the expertise with regard the education. He has powers to take immediate actions for educational promotions in rural as well as urban government schools but he has no needed to do these things because sincerity is far beyond from these goons. Sindh Education Foundation has jumped to reform the rural education in Sindh but it has too lust for earning nothing else and other NGOs too can be put in the government categories to evolve and develop their self standard. Administration officers are dishonest and less powerful to take any action against the existing issues within the education in rural as well urban areas; it is only because of their recruitment basis on the favoritism without following the merit rules.

Recruitment Policies in teaching staff
Sindh Education Government of Sindh has appointed the teachers who are referred from the respective MNA, MPAs quota system which is a barbarous action, while on the other hand it has left a devastating impacts on the most competitive candidates who do not want to take any back door channel for the recruiting themselves through the quota of politicians. The teachers are less qualifies regarding the educational standard, however; they proudly go on the visa side taking years of leave from the education department. The point here is to be noted that approval of these visa leaves cannot be proceed without the scrutiny of concerned district officers but the thing is this the absentee teachers using political sources to take in their favor. Ineligibility of the District officers can be noted from their behaviors towards the schools both in rural and urban areas as well. They do not intend to get refer their own children in government schools because they know very well the system prevailed in these namely government educational institutes.

Absenteeism in Teaching and Admin Staff:
Irregularity and Absenteeism in teaching staff is an old fashion and is frequent action of the teachers when yet mobile phone was not invented, however; they feel proud to adapt these evil actions by which they kill the future of the generations. Teachers in rural areas have been found in their private businesses showing the lame excuse that the salary they own is insufficient for their expenditures while; the schools are sitting rooms of the concerned land owners as well. It is frequently by the teachers as well admin staff to adapt this policy in education department but hoping these policies in other government departments too.

    If I were the minister of education I would most probably last not more than a day or two, because of two main reasons. The first one is that I would honestly like to bring a change to the content of the educational system. The second main reason is that, recently, most ministers of educations that have successively occupied this position have not lasted too long, fortunately or not. The educational system is facing numerous problems today. The main one is that in 20 years there have been over 16 laws of education, each one hoping to change the entire system. On this point, the issue concerns the lack of continuity. So, if I were to be the minister of education and last for long enough, I would certainly assure some continuity of the implemented reforms. Studying the impact the 16 laws could have had, I have come to the conclusion that very few of them were really highly possible to have consistent drawbacks. The other ones should have just been implemented for a larger period of time, so the effects could have been visible on the generations finishing a consistant stable educating system. A second thing I would certainly change about the educational system concerns the universitary system of education. The number of students in the universitites is way much bigger than the rhythm of absortion of the working fields they study. Because of that, most of the students will not be able to work in their domains, and will be forced either to change the specialization area or to work as unspecialized in a less payed domain. This is why I would cut the number of students admitted on a specialization per year, so that the labour market will be able to enter the working system’s fields.
