Recycle: Recycling and Natural Resources
All of the governments of all the countries should consider making all people in there nations recycle. The world needs to save as much as we can so the plant does not continue to run out of its natural resources. Recycling from everyone would help save the planet, save energy, keep homes cleaner and it could create more jobs and money for people.
Everyone recycling in the world would help save the planet. The world has to try to reuse as much plastic, paper or metal as we can because all of the people now are stripping the plant of its minerals and natural resources. Recycling paper, for example, saves resources because fewer trees will not have to be cut down in order to make paper products (Recycling).
Recycling would help save energy because of the different light bulbs developed for this purpose. Recycling types of aluminum, like cans, saves energy because manufacturing new cans from the recycled material uses only five percent of the energy required to make the cans from newly mined bauxite. Reducing energy use, results in less pollution (Recycling). It can benefit those who wish to not use as much light or any kind of energy in his/her home. Recycling one ton of new paper can save almost 41,000 Kilowatt hours of energy (Recycling Helps the Environment.)
The planet is running low on everything. If people recycle, it could help make a difference with the way we live for not only us but for future generations. Recycling would also help save the wildlife because over crowded landfills become over run with vermin like disease infected rodents or insects that cause humans to become sick. Recycling prevents habitat destruction, loss of biodiversity, and the soil erosion that is associated with logging and mining, leaving the environment in its natural state (How does Recycling Help the Environment.)
Recycling can make the world a cleaner place. Beginning in your home or around your home, and extending as far as the great outdoors can make a remarkable

Consumers have also begun to recycle more frequently which benefits the planet because its resources are not being consumed at a much higher rate. By recycling simple everyday items, such as glass or plastic, resources can be replenished. The cost of recycling is very economical because everyone profits from it. Landfills are filled with some materials that are not biodegradable and recycling these items reduces not only the amount of waste in the landfills, but also keeps energy consumption and pollution down. For example, recycling the newspaper or any type of paper will prevent…

Recycling and waste prevention are two very important ways to help address the issues of the environment concerning climate change. Recycling is a very beneficial factor that more individuals need to exercise in order to improve the environment’s pollution, reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, and save energy and natural resources that are used to produce products from virgin materials rather than from recycled materials, which uses less energy and produces less harmful pollution. Recycling has many benefits that helps improve the earth’s conditions. Waste prevention and recycling are real ways to address these problems and begin to make a change. Recycling turns materials that would otherwise become waste into valuable resources, reducing the amount of natural resources needed to produce these same products. Collecting your used bottles, cans, and newspapers and taking them to a recycling bin or collection facility is just the first step, in a series of steps that generates a host of financial, environmental, and social returns. These benefits accrue locally as well as globally. Recycling protects and expands United States manufacturing jobs and increases United States competitiveness by creating more recycling jobs and facilities within the United States and producing more of our own products with recycled materials and being less dependent on outside countries and companies for these products. Recycling prevents pollution caused by the manufacturing of products from virgin materials.…

Recycling has been a well known idea for so many years, but now we need it more than ever. Now in the world there are so many problems with the environment like Global Warming, toxic waste, and not to mention not recycling is very costly but recycling reduces the landfill space, helps conserves natural resources, and reduces the production of greenhouse gases . When you recycle you also help save animals so the rims of a six pack of soda doesn’t end up blocking a fish's gills or a plastic bag getting eaten by a turtle and having it choke on the bag. Recycling can also be a group effort where you get a group of people from your community, school, church, job, or just you and your friends so not only your saving the environment but your having fun with people you know while doing it.…

Recycling greatly benefits many aspects of the world, particularly the environment. Almost everything used in today’s society is manufactured from plastic (i.e. water/ shampoo/ mouthwash bottles, food containers, furniture, technology, etc.). Due to this, not recycling plastic can lead to many problems in our environment. Recycling plastic promotes the conservation of energy and natural resources. It also contributes to the decrease of water and air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. To add, recycling plastic can save landfill space, or structure…

Saving natural resources is one of the many things recycling can accomplish. “Making products with recycled material slows the depletion of non-renewable resources such as metal, oil and natural gas, and reduces the encroachment of new mining and drilling operations” (Zody,2011). Salvaging metal from soda cans is one way of saving natural resources. The salvaged metal from the soda cans is melted down then eventually made back into a soda can. “Aluminum is a sustainable metal and can be recycled over and over again” (Cummings, 2007). Saving soda cans also reduces the amount of oil that the United States uses. “In 2003, 54 billion cans were recycled, saving the energy equivalent…

Did you know that the average person generates 4 pounds of garbage a day and 1.5 tons a year? And 70% of our dumps are recyclable? This is a huge problem because the landfills are getting full. If they get too full, we have to find a new area and pay larger bills. Here in America, we only recycle 5% of our plastic products. We used enough bottles to wrap around the Earth 190 times. 5% of that is a very little amount. It takes 47 million gallons of oil to produce enough bottles for the US in one year. If we were to recycle more, we wouldn’t have to use all of this energy. Also, paper bags aren’t being recycled. In 2009, an estimated 100 billion paper bags were used and 99.4% were in landfills. One 15 year old tree could produce only about 700.…
