The benefits this book talks about are all obtained because of the properties of the lemonade.
Some of the benefits the author argues include eliminating toxins and congestion, cleansing the kidneys and digestive system, purifying the glands and cell through the entire body, eliminating all unusable waste and harden materials in the muscles and joins, building a healthy blood stream, relieving pressure and irritation in the nerves, arteries, and blood vessels, and keeping youth and elasticity regardless of age.

Often the question is asked about need for amino acids, and animal protein foods. The need is highly exaggerate, as only 16% of our body is protein. The answer to the question is very simple. We first need to understand that pure protein is primarily nitrogen, with oxygen, hydrogen and some carbon. We all know we get large share of our oxygen and hydrogen needs from the air as there’s oxygen, hydrogen and carbon combined.
Personally I understand that this sounds believable, but not eating anything but a lemonade is extremely hard. This book had been out for years and many testify that this diet works and many of the benefits offered can be achieved if the instructions are followed.
