Rehema PEFA children home was established in 1999. The name Rehema is a Swahili word meaning mercy and PEFA is an acronym for Pentecostal Evangelical Fellowship of Africa. The home was founded by Irvin and Ruth Schwandt in association with the Pentecostal Evangelical Fellowship of Africa [PEFA] church leadership and is currently being sponsored by churches, individuals and businesses.
The main purpose for the establishment of the home is to rescue and care for abandoned and orphaned children with an emphasis on HIV positive children. Its objective is to care for its children as long as they need care and also to find adoptive homes for the children. In addition the only beneficiaries of the organization are children.

Another cause of lack of cleanliness in the store is using it as a working place. Therefore I suggest the organization should start paying through banks or using mobile money transfer such as mpesa. This will encourage proper documentation and reduce possibility of corruption.
Conclusion
In conclusion Rehema Pefa children home has a rich and good history. Also it has helped in the social development in Kenya and even in the achievements of the provisions of the Kenyan constitution and therefore it will help in the more betterment of the country. Hence if the organization can just adopt the few recommendations that I have suggested, it will even improve further and prevent future problems. Lastly I had a nice time doing my community service at the home, playing with the children, interacting with the other people in the organization and I even made new
