The first pillar of Islam is reading Kalema Tayeba. By reading this Kalema and believing on its words, Muslims admit that there is no God except Allah and prophet Mohmmad (P.B.U.H) is the last messenger of Allah. After reading this Kalema, Muslims admit that they will follow the rules of Islam and act according to Holy Quran.
The Second Pillar of Islam is Namaz. By offering Namaz, Muslims purify their self from sin and get closer to Allah. One of the main actions of Namaz is doing prostration. The advantages of Namaz are huge; these benefits can be proved by only one action of doing prostration of the Sajda. A worshiper keeps his forehead on ground along with four other parts of the body that makes his Sajda acceptable, “these are the touching of the soft bone of the nose, the palms of our hands pressed on the floor with fingers facing the Kaba, the knees on which we rest our body and the toes of our feet bent and pressed on the ground pointing towards the Kaba. This posture increases fresh supply of blood to our brain, which is only one of the many benefits of Sajda. If you are suffering from exhaustion or tension or permanent headache or nervousness and if you are afraid of tumors, all you have to do is perform a prostration or sajda. Prostration frees you from your psychological and nerves illnesses.” Archive: Health - Beat the summer heat.
