Religious Observation
The time date and time I went to observe the religious service or observance is November 6th 2016 at 9:00am to 11am. The name of the site is St. Mary Gate of Heaven located on 103-12 101st Ave Ozone Park New York 11416. The outside of the building is very detailed and what looks like to me a cathedral style building very tall and big with five doors for entry. Outside had some sort of information board that told what was happening at certain times and dates. It also said information about the masses and displayed the hours of operation and phone number which I found very helpful. The outside had statues of Jesus. There is a cross on the of the building. Inside is very beautiful the statue of the Jesus was so huge that it needed anchors to hold

The same of what Father Rev. Gerald Fitzsimmons was explaining what he was saying Blessed are the clean of heart for they shall see god and Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall he called children of god this was from also the reading I was following long and takes notes of. And I think is it is for another shot or a chance at life without committing a sin maybe it can change you to be a better person which I believe everyone deserves a second change to pick themselves up. I also asked another the person of the group at the end of the service because the first one I talked to didn’t know much for me to take down notes of about the building and congregation. He said the church building was built and in service in 1912. It was said to be created by a Bishop named Charles McDonald, bishop of the Diocese of Brooklyn. Now about the religious congregation it was started by St. Louis Marie de Montfort. November 1904 the first Daughters of Wisdom were also members of the Monfortian family who arrived from Canada to start a school for Roman Catholic Christian education of the children of St. Mary Gate of Heaven Parish this was also a school. I noticed after the service children came to the school they had some team. In January of 1905, the daughters of wisdom started the school in a storefront on what is now 103-12 101st Ave Ozone
