In our marketing 201 course we have been assigned to prepare a report on UNILEVER PUREIT. There are various brands of water purifier in the market of different type’s price, so the water purification products in the market is full of competition where the consumer possesses vast variety of choice to select his brand which depends on his buying Behavior.
To develop a report on our topic we have studied various aspects of the water purifier company, such as- factory analysis, competitor analysis, marketing strategy, market offering, STP analysis and other issues. With the development of our report we have gathered considerable knowledge on the companies which are related to the purification of water.
The technique of data collection is through questionnaire as it is less complex and easy three methods (i.e.) graphical method ,percentage ,&average method are used

1. COMPANY PROFILE:
Unilever is an Anglo-Dutch company, with a history of colonial exploitation, on which it has gradually built its capital. Today it owns most of the world's consumer product brands in food, beverages, cleaning agents and personal care products Unilever is a leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company with a heritage of over 48 years. In this chapter we will briefly talk about the company history, its mission, purpose & principles, company structure, its logo, its people and our concentrating brand which is Pure it.

1.1 Company History:
Lever Brothers was founded in 1885 by William Hesketh Lever. Lever established soap factories around the world. In 1917, he began to diversify into foods, acquiring fish, ice-cream and canned foods businesses. In the Thirties, Unilever introduced improved technology to the business. The business grew and new ventures were launched in Latin America.
