"The Most Important single ingredient in the formula of success is knowing how to get along with people." - Theodore Roosevelt

"You get the best out of others when you give the best of yourself." - Harry Firestone

In our day and age, economies and businesses are shifting to become more direct and personal. A new principle of making business, and interacting with people happens to form itself and is unfortunately forgotten in this fast-moving and technology-driven world we find ourselves living and doing business in. The basic idea can be summed up in one simple line: The deeper your relationships, the stronger your leadership.

Remember the main business of business is to connect and add value to people. An enterprise is nothing more than a human venture that brings people together around a great idea that inspires them to express their fullest talents and contribute to those they serve. This is the ultimate version of a perfect enterprise, at least a winning one.
With all the technology, disruption, competition, and transition in the business world today, a lot have forgotten that the whole game is about relationships and human connections. It is important to note that the stronger the bonds between you, your teammates and your customers, the stronger and better the results! A MAJOR point to stress is that business is about being helpful, its pretty much that simple. If you look around at the biggest companies, take Apple or Google as an example, they keep it simple, stressing on the fundamentals rather than make things complicated. They work on engaging employees and help them realize their own potential which in turn leads to their own staggering results. This also lets their own customers achieve their highest aspirations.

As you awaken the inner genius inside yourself, and deliver more value, people, as a result, will start giving back to you and your profits inevitably expand and grow. All this sense of purpose,
