Resilience At Shackleton Team
The team members' diversity of skills and experiences allowed the group to tackle various challenges. From experienced sailors to scientists and photographers, each member brings something unique to the team. Resilience can also be seen as many team members showed remarkable resilience and determination in the face of extreme adversity. This resilience helped the group stay together and face challenges with courage. Finally, mutual support can be appreciated as team members support each other often, offering comfort, encouragement, and practical help in difficult times. His swift decision-making and willingness to shoulder the responsibility of leading the team to safety was a testament to his leadership. Frank Wild, Shackleton's second in command, embodied the influencer profile. His charisma and ability to uplift the team's morale, even in the most challenging circumstances, was truly inspiring. Tom Crean, representing the Steadiness team, demonstrated remarkable resilience and dedication to the team, working tirelessly for the welfare of all. And finally, James Wordie, the expedition's geologist, could be categorized under the Conscientiousness style. Wordie's meticulous scientific work was instrumental in data collection and observations during the voyage. The diversity of these disc styles on the expedition contributed to the richness of the group, allowing each member to bring different strengths and skills.
