RESOLVING AN UNETHICAL SITUATION
INTRODUCTION

This assignment contains analysis of three (3) You Tube video’s that relates to business ethics in the workplace. I have carefully analysed the range of moral issues and values that arose in the various business contexts.

However, the three videos are used in my assignment were: -
1) MR ETHICAL VS MR UNETHICAL
2) Business Ethics: Resolving an Unethical Situation
3) BUSINESS ETHICS

Note: - All the above mentioned topics are all you tube videos which I carefully studied, evaluated and gave my own perception of what I felt like was the most ethical and most moral thing to do in the situation.

However, before I go any further; I will like to give a few explanations to some of the terminologies which I used in my assignment.
What Is Business Ethics: - It is a form of applied ethics or professional ethics that examines ethical principles and moral or ethical problems that arise in a business environment. It applies to all aspects of business conduct and is relevant to the conduct of individuals and entire organizations

What is Ethical Dilemma: - An ethical dilemma is a debate between two moral principles, where two sides can argue about what is wrong or what is right. However, there is no real answer to an ethical dilemma. It is simply a matter of what one believes in.

What are Moral Values: - It is a guide on how we ought to behave, such as respect, honesty, fairness and responsibility. It is the act of learning what is right or wrong and then doing the right thing.

Moreover, Values and ethics are important in the workplace to help keep order, ensuring that a company runs smoothly and remains profitable. Each individual company makes its values and ethics known almost immediately after hiring an employee, or many times, during the interview process. And in many businesses, no matter how well an employee performs, if he doesn’t follow workplace values and ethics, it can result in termination.

In summary, a vivid and detailed
