* Strong knowledge of CRM processes like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Customer Support, Business Processes and implementing solutions to improve their efficiency using SFDC. * Experience in working with various salesforce.com standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Leads, Campaigns, and Cases etc. * Experience in customizing Salesforce on Force.com platform using Apex classes and Triggers, Visual Force, SOQL, and SOSL. * Hands on experience in implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization. Also created various profiles and configured the permissions based on the organizational hierarchy * Proficiency in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events. * Experience in data migration and integration using Data Loader. * Experience in working and migrating between Salesforce.com sandbox and production environments * Experience with Salesforce tools: Force.com IDE, Force.com Explorer. * Knowledge of third party tools such as Marketo, Klear Digital and Dupeblocker. * Experience in training the end user to make them familiarize with Salesforce. * Strong knowledge of data modeling, data cleansing and transformation, data importing and exporting, monitoring, and reporting in a cloud computing environment. * Strong knowledge of Object Oriented and Database Concepts. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Can perform efficiently under minimal supervision. * Quick learner, Logical Thinker and Tech Savvy.
