Rethink Going To College

As a senior in high school, I was accepted into my first choice for college: University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado. However, when I looked at the cost of university, I began to rethink going to a four-year school first. I ultimately decided to go to community college first because of the personalized attention and because my dad had previously gone to a Maricopa Community College.
During high school I was seriously contemplating whether to go into the army or to go to college. After having taken the Accuplacer, I was awarded the Presidents Honors Scholarship through Paradise Valley Community College and I ultimately decided that college was where I belonged.
