Origin
The Rhodesian Ridgeback has originated from Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) which is in South Africa. Ancestors of the Rhodesian Ridgeback have been found in Cape Town which is also in South Africa.
Use
This breed was used for hunting big game because of its endurance level and intelligence. This breed was also used to protect the home.
Appearance
